From routine maintenance to diagnostic repairs, our high-demand service area requires a dedicated, experienced Workshop Service Manager to lead our operations and drive our commitment to exceptional service.As our Workshop Service Manager, you will play a critical role in managing our workshop's daily operations. You'll be responsible for leading a skilled team of workshop and service mechanics, scheduling and prioritising repairs, and ensuring that all work is completed on time and to the highest standard. With a busy workshop environment and multiple mobile mechanics covering a large service area, your organisational skills and attention to detail will be key to our continued success.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership: Lead and support a passionate team of workshop and service mechanics.Job Scheduling & Coordination: Efficiently plan, direct, monitor progress and prioritise workshop jobs to ensure timely completion of all service and repair work. Work collaboratively with parts department for job requirements, restocking and inventory tracking.Customer Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the service journey, providing regular updates to the customer, managing expectations, approval process and delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.Administration: Creation of detailed job cards, ensuring parts ordered and service schedule completion. Timely administration finalisation and invoicing of all jobs completed prior to end of month accounts.Quality & Standards: Maintain exceptional standards for servicing all tractors, UTVs, ATVs, and farm machinery.
