Disability Service Manager- Fulltime- Mon-Fri
We are an organization located in Kalgoorlie, WA that specializes in empowering participant choice and control, fostering a world where individuals not only receive support but thrive in their pursuit of independent living.
We are looking for a Fulltime Service Manager to oversee and coordinate services for individuals with disabilities. You will lead a team of dedicated Support Workers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care, support, and advocacy for our participants. This position requires a compassionate leader with strong organizational skills and a deep commitment to promoting independence and inclusion for people with disabilities.
Responsibilities:
-Lead and manage a team of Support Workers.
-Develop and implement individualized service agreements for participants, in collaboration with external stakeholders such as Support Coordinators.
-Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards governing disability services.
-Monitor and evaluate service delivery.
-Provide guidance and support to staff members, promoting professional development and a positive work environment.
-Advocate for the rights and needs of individuals with disabilities within the community and with relevant agencies.
-Collaborate with families and other support networks to enhance overall wellbeing of participants.
-Constant communication with support coordinators, Therapists, Guardians, and all other stakeholders.
-Manage all Clinical aspects of our Participants in collaboration with Staff & External Stakeholders. 
-All policies & procedures to be kept up to date, including Participant & Staff files.
-Delegate duties to Office Administration.
-Annual Participant reports to be written and submitted to External Stakeholders.
-Some On-Call hours required.
Qualifications:
-Previous experience in disability services is strongly preferred.
-Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and establish positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
