About the role
As the Service Manager at Wine Industry Services, you will be responsible for overseeing the effective delivery of our industry-leading services to our valued clients across the beverage industries. This full-time role based in Golden Grove, South Australia, is crucial in ensuring the seamless operations and continuous improvement of our service offerings.

What you'll be doing
Manage and coordinate the deployment of service teams for maintenance, repairs, or upgrades as part of specific projects. Customer service operations related to post-sale support, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues. Leading and training after-sales service teams, ensuring they are equipped to meet customer needs. Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services during customer interactions and support. Liaise with clients to understand their service requirements and develop tailored solutions. Monitor service delivery and identify opportunities for process improvements. Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure a cohesive and customer-centric approach. Developing and managing service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure that customer expectations are met. Prepare detailed reports on service metrics and make recommendations to the management team. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the service team. Ensure all service activities adhere to relevant industry regulations and safety standards. What we're looking for
Extensive experience (4+ years) in a service management role, preferably within the beverage industry. Knowledge in bottling or processing machinery/equipment. Relevant tertiary qualifications in engineering, operations management or a related field. CAD 2D (advantage). Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Publisher, and PowerPoint (essential). Strong technical understanding of the equipment and services offered by Wine Industry Services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and lead a team. Proficient in data analysis and reporting to drive data-informed decision making. Ability to multitask, prioritize and coordinate various service activities simultaneously. Demonstrated experience in process improvement and service quality enhancement.
