As a Service Manager, you'll be tasked with: Guiding our team in educating parents on our products, demonstrating their features and benefits, fostering genuine relationships with each and every customer. Maintaining the store's appearance and showcasing our latest promotions. Ensuring that all OH&S protocols are upheld to promote a culture of safety for all. Managing KPIs - Safety, Sales, Loyalty, NPS. What you'll bring to the role: A solid background in customer service and a proven track-record in meeting and beating sales targets and KPIs. A flair for clear communication, comfort in a challenging and fast-paced environment, and the ability to manage and motivate others.
