Destiny RVM is seeking a Service Manager to take control of the service and parts department of their caravan dealership and continue to drive the success of the department.
The successful applicant will have experience in managing a team of employees, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to multitask. Previous experience in the RV industry would be advantageous, however not necessary. If you have the skills and experience in other industries and are ready to take on a new challenge, apply now. Some of the areas this role will cover include:
Day-to-day running of the service and parts department Management of the service team Warranty claim management Front-line service advising - customer drop-offs, handovers to customers after work completed Invoicing work Parts ordering and sales Drive the success of the service and parts departments Employment package will be negotiated with the successful applicant, made up of a base salary, monthly commission, and a company vehicle on offer.
