About the role
Geraldton Isuzu Ute is seeking a Service Manager to join our team in Geraldton, WA.
As the Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our service department, ensuring our customers receive top-notch service and their vehicles are repaired efficiently and to the highest standards.
This is a full-time role based in our Geraldton location.
What you'll be doing Managing and overseeing the service team, including mechanics and service advisorsEnsuring all service work is completed in a timely and professional mannerMonitoring and optimising workshop productivity and efficiencyLiaising with customers to address any concerns or issues with their vehicle repairsMaintaining accurate records and reporting on service department performanceOrdering parts and managing inventory levels to minimise downtimeAdhering to all safety and quality standards set by the company and industryWhat we're looking for Management experience or Senior Technician wanting to take the next stepStrong technical knowledge of vehicle diagnostics and repair proceduresExcellent customer service and communication skillsAbility to lead and motivate a team of mechanics and service advisorsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesProficient in using service management systems and toolsWhat we offer
