Enhance customer experience in service department. Develop the service team in order to enhance the personal development of employees to achieve consistent and effective service delivery and overall quality customer service. Qualifications Qualifications in management, business or related field; or equivalent Management experience in an industrial environment. At least 3+ years' of managerial experience in an industrial/service environment. Demonstrate ability in successfully managing, developing and motivating a workforce. Strong experience in understanding and interpreting business financial information. Experience in managing budgets and conducting presentations to dealers, client and management teams.
