Your role as the Service Manager is to lead the service department at our impressive Port Hedland branch in Western Australia.
This opportunity is leading the success of our regional service teams across Port Hedland and Tom Price. You will be liaising with our clients to further develop business opportunities and maintain a high level of customer service.
As the Service Manager you will also manage the progress of service jobs and people supporting multiple clients. You will be responsible for creating a culture of safety, ensuring that all team members are acting in a safety focused manner.
Salary/Wage Band: $195,000 to $205,000 per year + fleet vehicle, laptop, company phone, and bonus. Roster: Monday to Friday
Role Located: Port Hedland (FIFO or Residential)
What we are looking for: Motivated, customer-focused, experienced manager with proven leadership skills in the maintenance industry Financial reporting experience; including revenue forecast, P&L and WIP management Willing to recruit, develop, coach & manage team members Ability to build on a strong team-orientated environment within the division and other departments Background in mining and earthmoving industry or similar experience Ability to analyse workplace risk and implement necessary changes promptly Ready to get started?
