The Role:
Reporting to the National Suppression Manager, we have a unique opportunity for an experienced Service Manager based in Brisbane QLD.
Looking after our QLD Suppression team, this role will actively ensure we deliver our products and services on time to the customer for installations and mobile suppression systems/servicing.
This role focuses on driving strategic development, enhancing branch performance, and ensuring the application of efficient processes and best practices.
This role is pivotal in aligning the branch's operations with United Safety's product strategy, ensuring seamless transitions, and driving excellence across all service aspects.
This role demands a dynamic leader capable of balancing strategic objectives with operational demands, dedicated to improving customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and staff engagement.
The role will require a mixture of time in the office, field, and focusing on customer engagement.
We're looking for an experienced leader to inspire and mentor teams, drive operational excellence and process improvements, ensure top-tier customer service, translate product strategy into results, manage budgets and financials, uphold safety, equity, and compliance standards, and foster strong client and stakeholder relationships.
Our ideal candidate will have:
Strong background in mobile fire suppression Understanding of relevant Australian Standards including AS5062 Exposure to working on mine sites and heavy machinery Managing logistics and problem solving Experience in Account Management Experience with monthly forecasting & reporting Proven experience in successfully managing and leading a team Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to develop meetings with new and existing clients Ability to manage targets for sales and profit.
