Service Manager - Automotive Industry

Our Gladstone region multi franchised dealership client is seeking to appoint a Service Manager to oversee their Service Department operations.
Gladstone Area Location Multi Franchise Opportunity OTE $170k + Car Our client is an area landmark, long established multi franchised new car dealership located in the Gladstone region in QLD. They are seeking a fully experienced Service Manager to take control of this important part of their business. The dealership is part of a larger group and offers security of tenure, career progression opportunities, a solid income stream and a friendly working environment. All modern facilities are available in the area, along with a great climate and beautiful beaches.
Applicants for this position must have current or recent experience gained as a Service Manager in a franchised dealership environment. You will have strong management, people handling and organizational skills, be both profit and customer satisfaction driven, and be able to motivate your staff to reach their potential.
Salary is negotiable, but envisaged to consist of a retainer around $85k, super, commission and car. On Target Earnings can be expected to reach $170k. Very senior applicants on higher incomes are still encouraged to apply.
