If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!Our client, a reputable multi-franchise automotive dealership in Canberra, ACT, is actively seeking an experienced and dynamic Service Manager to join their team. As the Service Manager, you will play a vital role in leading and motivating a skilled team of Service Technicians, Service Advisors, Workshop Controller, and more. Your primary focus will be delivering exceptional customer service, driving productivity, and ensuring operational efficiency within the workshop.Responsibilities:Leadership: Lead and inspire your team to achieve their full potential. Foster a positive work environment and encourage collaboration among team members.Customer Service Excellence: Deliver a superior level of customer service to both internal and external customers. Strive to exceed customer expectations and maintain a high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) rating.Workshop Efficiency: Implement strategies to ensure a high level of productivity and efficiency throughout the workshop operations.
