Service Manager - Ambulatory and Outpatients Skip to content Service Manager - Ambulatory and Outpatients Full time $57.87 - $61.99 per hour plus 11.5% superannuation Mater Health Brisbane are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Service Manager to drive efficiency and support service delivery across several key specialties. This position is being offered as permanent full time, 38 hours per week, based at South Brisbane.You will join a team of Service Managers, who work in partnership with nominated specialty Medical Directors to support the strategic direction of the specialty, in line with organisational goals and key performance indicators. The role works collaboratively across all divisions and teams relevant to the patient journey, including outpatients and inpatients, to facilitate a better experience for the patient, increase engagement and satisfaction and maximise revenue opportunities.The position reports to the Director of Operations – Ambulatory & Outpatients (AOPS). In this role you will be a member of the AOPS leadership team, helping to respond to escalations and queries, whilst leading and supporting improvement and change management initiatives across the service.The role of Service Manager will see you drive efficiency and improvement in line with organisation goals and key performance indicators.Responsibilities for the role will include:Optimise access, flow and experience of the patient journey, in collaboration with clinical team and key stakeholders.
