My client is a multi-franchised dealer and operate in both Queensland and New South Wales. The company is in search of a Service Manager for their southern site. We are in search of an experienced Service Manager or Senior Service Advisor to lead the Service Department, manage the day-to-day operation and generate ongoing business growth.
The company retails solid brands, backed up by parts and service facilities. Family owned & operated and several years behind it. You will oversee a well-established team, which continues to grow. Working closely with the Workshop Controller, your goal will be to operate a smooth front and back of house, of this busy and growing service department.
Objectives:
Staffing – building a productive, efficient team that will professionally communicate, create & terminate r/o's, quoting duties. Customer Satisfaction – maintain an elevated level of CSI. Protect current client base and build on it. Generate profit, control expenses. Ensure the department is being run productively and efficiently. Weekly and monthly reporting
My client is looking for:
Several years' experience in front of house of a Service Department Leadership, mentoring & management skills. Team orientated – ability to provide support, get the best results from your people. Communication skills, both verbal and written Effective time management Word, excel, internet & email skills. Excellent staff management skills
