Our client is a well-established Automotive Dealership in Western Australia. They are a family-owned and operated organization, with franchises in various locations in metro Perth and rural WA.
About You
The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate the following:
Experience as a Service Manager; including experience with manufacturers and new car franchises. A sound understanding of vehicle warranties and recalls and how they pertain to the service department. A team player who understands the importance of working with different departments to achieve goals. Able to collaborate with other departments (Parts, Sales and Service) to achieve organisational goals. Possess exceptional communication skills with an ability to build and develop customer relationships. Be process driven with a drive to succeed and achieve key KPI's. Ability to train, mentor, motivate and develop a team of around 15 members. Professional and well presented. Current driver's license. Police clearance.
