Service Manager (Af7543)

Our Client is seeking an experienced Service Manager. Based in the Newcastle Region, you will work in a small team for this major RV group.
This Role Will Encompass The Following:Receiving and directing service enquiryCoordinating external bookings with internal ordersLiaising with workshop for scope of repairLabour & parts job costing retail, internal & WarrantyCustomer service handoverIdentifying parts program and advising and quoting repairCo-ordination of Service staff and supervision of quality workmanshipKPI assessment and implementationSupport the development of the monthly revenue forecast and annual budgetProvide direction and guidance to the maintenance teamsKey Selection Criteria:A minimum of 5 years' experience in a workshop environmentSound caravan technical knowledge will be highly regardedHighly professional communication skills and presentationStrong eye for detail is imperativeWillingness and ability to learnGood computer office skillsBenefits & Remuneration:A negotiable remuneration is on offer and will be based upon your experience.
