Great Remuneration on offer Monday-Friday RV Industry Our Client is seeking an experienced Service Manager.
Based in the Newcastle Region you will work in a small team for this major RV group.
This role will encompass the following: Receiving and directing service enquiry Coordinating external bookings with internal orders Liaising with workshop for scope of repair Labour & parts job costing retail, internal & Warranty.
Customer service handover Identifying parts program and advising and quoting repair Co Ordination of Service staff and supervision of quality workmanship KPI assessment and implementation Support the development of the monthly revenue forecast and annual budget Provide direction and guidance to the maintenance teams Key selection criteria: A minimum of 5 years' experience in a  workshop environment Sound caravan technical knowledge will be highly regarded Highly professional communication skills and presentation Strong eye for detail is imperative Willingness and ability to learn Good computer office skills Benefits & Remuneration A negotiable remuneration is on offer and will be based upon your experience.
