You are a strong leader who can provide mentoring, supervision, and support to build the capacity of your community-based team - deeply embedded within the community, ensuring clients and families receive the best care and support possible. Candidates must have a Diploma in Community Services/Disability or equivalent or relevant industry experience, along with Blue and Yellow Cards. Demonstrated experience in a leadership role with strong coordination, case management, problem-solving, leadership, and peer support skills will ensure your success.
