About the Position: The Service Leader will support our teams across a number of locations including Supported Independent Living Accommodation (SIL) and High Drop-in Support customer residences. You will oversee customer welfare and staff performance to ensure that staff are engaging with customers and are adhering to any behaviour support plans, IPRP's, medical requirements and personal care needs to ensure customer, staff and community safety and wellbeing.
You will lead by example and strengthen the knowledge and abilities of our Support Teams to ensure a person-centered approach is fostered by our teams.  
You will positively lead your teams and have both administrational tasks as well as working directly with some customers. Direct supports will be through a range of activities such as: day to day support, personal care, social support and community participation. 
You will be responsible for assisting with new customer transitions and existing customer relocations including, staff training, customer/family communication, specialist assessments, house modifications and assisting with the move as required.
This position will assist with change management including the implementation of policies and procedures maintaining NDIS standards to ensure a professional and friendly environment for both customers and staff. You will work with various teams to support cost effective Rosters of Care and manage the delivery of services to ensure customers, services and business plan goals are achieved.
