Established Kindergarten based in Port Melbourne Mentoring and professional development available to set you up for success 17.5% leave loading | Increase take-home pay with $15,900 salary packaging options About the opportunity As the Service Lead and Early Childhood Teacher for our Kindergarten in Port Melbourne, you will oversee a small team of Educators to deliver kindergarten programs that support the wider community and provide high quality education and care to children.

Working to one of the National or Victorian early learning frameworks, you will:
Develop an educational program that meets the interests and abilities of each child Drive enrolments and build the program to include other services that meet community needs Create a quality and diverse educational program that sees every child actively participate. What's on offer Mentoring and professional development (formal and on-the-job) to build or uplift your capability and skills to lead a program.

Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood) or equivalent Approved Australian Children's Education & Care Quality Authority qualification VIT Registration Experience gained in Early Childhood Strong organisation and planning skills, including high attention to detail.
