Service Integration and Strategic Account ManagerThis opportunity is to join Stanwell's recently established renewable operations and maintenance services subsidiary, Stanwell Asset Management Company (SAMCo).

About the role This opportunity is to join Stanwell's recently established renewable operations and maintenance services subsidiary, Stanwell Asset Management Company (SAMCo).
Fulltime flexible working opportunity based from one of our office/site locations in Brisbane CBD, Rockhampton, South Burnett, Townsville or Whitsundays region or alternatively 100% remote working.
Are you a strategic Business Account Manager or Asset Manager with a growth mindset, strong engagement, influencing and management skills to account manage new and existing strategic clients and have proven project management experience to mobilise SAMCo's services to new renewable energy sites? Then this exciting opportunity could be the one for you!
Key activities include: Driving business development opportunities by executing and recommending revisions to SAMCo's Business Development Plan and working with Stanwell's Strategic Partnerships and Growth and Future Energy divisions to explore business growth opportunities.Leading the mobilisation of SAMCo's operations and maintenance service to new renewable energy sites, including ensuring Stanwell's culture and values are integrated in any new operations.Leading the Account Management of several SAMCo clients simultaneously to ensure contract deliverables are met and client satisfaction. Potential future opportunity to lead a small team as the business grows.Champion of business innovation and lessons learnt process following key business activities, such as each mobilisation to a new site.Prepare regular reports including contract performance and mobilisation progress for communication to clients and Stanwell's Executive Leadership Team and Board.About you Experience within the energy industry and knowledge of the various renewable energy technologies is essential.Demonstrated experience in working collaboratively with diverse stakeholder groups with varying priorities, including corporate, industrial and local community partners.Highly developed communication skills and experience dealing with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that strategic objectives are well understood and achieved.Proven track record within a business, in developing and deploying innovative strategies to improve processes, marketing position and business outcomes.Well-developed analytical, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to develop and present high level and complex strategies, plans and reports up to Stanwell Board.Desirable: Salesforce experience beneficial but not essential.Benefits: 12.75% employer contribution to superannuationAccess to Bright Spark – our rewards, recognition and discounts platformWeekly payContributions for IP/TPD insurance unitsFlexible work arrangementsCentrally located in Brisbane CBD or any other Stanwell/SAMCo locationIncentive schemeHealth and wellbeing initiatives (e.g. skin checks, flu vaccines)Access to learning and development on and off the jobExceptional safety culturePlus, a whole lot more!What's next?
