In this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing and elevating customer experiences within the service unit and across the city by leveraging our core CRM system.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analytics, process mapping, and requirements management for business systems, with a particular emphasis on CRM systems being highly advantageous.This full-time contract is maximum term up to 12 months to provide secondment cover.Key ResponsibilitiesThe duties of the Service Improvement Business Analyst will include but are not limited to:Influence cultural behaviour and act as an effective change managerActs as an advocate for digital initiatives and projects to enhance and evolve technology, systems and workflow across the CitySupport the development, facilitation and implementation of corporate strategies and proceduresDevelop and maintain business process documentationEngage with business units to review, analyse and document current business processesIdentify issues and risks of existing and proposed solutions and outline business impacts.About YouThe following qualifications and experience are highly desired, but if you don't tick all the boxes, you could still be a perfect fit for this role.
