About the RoleAs a Service Identification Expert in Business Services COE, you'll play a key role in helping seek out service opportunities across ANZ, defining and managing the pipeline and backlog of service candidates.
The Business Services CoE works with Business Units across ANZ, guiding them through the transition to Business Services and is a core driver to the enterprise-wide transformation towards the adoption of a Business Services model.

Work Hours: Full-Time What will your day look like?As a Service Identification Expert, you are accountable for:
Understanding global and industry best practice business service models/approaches as well as the regulatory environment in which we operate and applying this to the identification and assessment of potential service candidates.Supporting the Service Identification and Design Lead to identify potential business services that align with ANZ strategic priorities and goals, contributing to a continual pipeline of opportunities for service transformation.Defining and refining the Services backlog working backwards from 3-5 years forward view in collaboration with the Business Architect.Managing the pipeline, process and triage of potential business service candidates that approach the CoE for transformation.Assist in supporting the desirability, viability and feasibility assessment of proposed Business Services, ensuring a thorough business case, risk assessments and clear financials and benefits to progress to build and activation.Contributing to the iteration and improvement of the Services Framework and Standards (i.e., Services Playbook, Maturity Model and Operating Model) by inputting feedback on Service ideation to the Service Framework Owner.Supports enhancement of the Services operating models based on the learning of on-boarding services into Services Framework.Work closely with the Business Architect to identify and design services aligned to best practice and business strategy.What will you bring?To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Experience and understanding of product management and business services models/approaches.Strong advisory and consulting skills and proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence at senior levels.Strong analysis and problem-solving skills and domain expertise in Business Services.The ability to spot opportunities and proactively bring new ideas to the table.Strong communication skills to make technical concepts and strategies easy to understand to both technical and non-technical audiences.The ability to partner effectively with and influence multiple stakeholders to align to a broader vision.Experience in agile ways of working and navigating a fast changing, ambiguous and complex environment.You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
