About the role As a Service Field Technician (Mechanical) at Wine Industry Services, you will play a key role in installing, maintaining, and repairing essential Automatic line equipment used in the Beverage and packaging industries. This is a full-time wages position based from Golden Grove, SA 5125, with opportunities for overtime.

What you'll be doing Mechanical Installation and commissioning of automatic Bottling & Packaging equipment.Ensure all machinery is installed according to OEM's specifications and Australian safety standardsConduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical/Australian issues.Train client staff on equipment operation and maintenance.Provide remote and on-site support for equipment issues.Maintain records of service visits and prepare reports.Ensure adherence to Australian safety standards and regulations.Coordinate with the Sales & Project teams to meet project timelines and objectives.Foster strong client relationships and address inquiries.Track spare parts and manage procurement.Stay updated on industry trends and contribute to process enhancements.Willingness to travel to various client locations for installations and services, and occasional overseas trips.What we're looking for Engineering Mechanical qualification with a background in beverages. Minimum 3 years' experience as a Service Technician, ideally within the beverage industryStrong technical skills and ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of industrial equipmentAdvanced working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Publisher, and PowerPoint (essential).CAD 2DWillingness to travel, including occasional overseas tripsExcellent communication and customer service skillsCommitment to workplace health and safetyA positive, solution-oriented attitude and the ability to work independentlyEagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing project requirements Apply now to become a part of our team!
