Service Excellence Training Consultant (Payroll)

Service Excellence Training Consultant (Payroll) We are looking for an experienced Payroll professional (with ADP Payforce experience) to join our Service Excellence Team.

Reporting to the Service Excellence Manager, this role will see you deliver all aspects of change management; project delivery; and build capability, skill uplift and training needs assessment across our Service (payroll) teams.

This role is based in our Mascot Office.
Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote).

To be considered for this rewarding opportunity, you will have:
Strong payroll processing experience (Australian Payroll).
Well-developed facilitation/coaching skills (desirable).
Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment (desirable).
