You will work as part of a dedicated and passionate service team to provide exceptional support to our customers.The role:Respond to customer technical requests and provide them with professional support including on-site repair and workshop repair.Complete all planned Preventative Maintenance (PM) service on time and to the levels outlined in the service manual.Complete new installation with required checks and tests.Maintain service-related documentation and update records in the CRM system.Assist Sales and Marketing teams with pre-sale technical support.Responsible for the effective management of the service area.
