Interstate travel may be required for training.The Role:You will be running diagnostics, trouble-shooting and servicing Building Automation/Energy Management Systems, as well as carrying out scheduled servicing. You will be expected to work closely with customers adopting a consultative approach in understanding their needs and providing solutions to further expand and improve their existing systems. You will also have the opportunity to complete projects and upgrade works on new and existing sites.A day-to-day may consist of:Carrying out routine service, reactive breakdowns and planned maintenance works.Design and programming of BMS/HVAC control systemsAnalysing data straight from a building BMS to gain clarity on systems/faultsProject management and small project workWorking directly with our clients in a technical advisory/consultative capacitySuitable candidates may come from a technical hands-on role or trade background looking for a new career pathway where their current skills will be utilised. This role would suit a candidate who is looking to transition into a less physical role where your main tool will be a laptop.
