CTG currently has a staff of over 500 located throughout Australia and New Zealand.Job Summary: Chemtronics Biomedical Engineering, part of CTG, currently has a vacancy for a Biomedical Engineer.
This position requires travel for service work across Wagga Wagga and Riverina regions.
The successful applicant will troubleshoot, repair, and perform scheduled maintenance on various electro-medical, mechanical-medical, dental, and gas therapy equipment.Key Responsibilities:Minimise operational downtime through preventative maintenance and servicing.Ensure contractual obligations and relevant Australian Standards are met.To be successful in this role you will have:Previous hands-on experience in repair and service of medical/electronic equipment is mandatory.Experience with electro-medical and gas therapy equipment will be highly regarded; training will be provided where necessary.Tertiary, technical, or trade qualification in an Electronic or Biomedical Engineering discipline.Minimum 2 years' industry experience in the repair and service of electro-medical equipment.Strong PC and MS Office literacy; ability to enter work performed into a database in a timely manner.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Self-motivation and a commitment to continuous improvement.An organised and pro-active approach to work.The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision.A current non-restricted driver's licence.A competitive salary package, including access to salary sacrifice benefits, will be offered to the successful applicant.
