Position: Service Desk Technician (L2)
Location: Osborne Park
Rate: $65,000 - $80,000

Role Responsibilities: Diagnose and resolve technical issues involving networks, software configurations, and applications. Provide support for system installations, upgrades, and configurations. Assist with system permissions, device configurations, and software deployments. Manage support tickets and ensure SLAs are met. Act as an escalation point for technical issues, offering guidance and support to the team. Support system upgrades, backup server checks, and perform root cause analysis for recurring incidents. Manage and upgrade both hardware and software, including firewalls, routers, and switches. Collaborate with external service providers for warranty services and escalate complex issues when necessary. Participate in site visits, project work, and provide support for new user onboarding. Maintain client IT environment documentation and ensure knowledge base updates are current. Coordinate with external parties and providers. Role Requirements: At least 3 years of experience in technical support or service desk roles. 1+ year of experience as an escalation point within a technical team. Strong customer service and problem-solving skills. Experience with Microsoft Office suite, Windows Server, Active Directory, and M365. Strong understanding of IP networking, including troubleshooting connectivity issues. We appreciate your interest in this opportunity.
