Service Desk Support Administrator

Join Equity Trustees as a Service Desk Support Administrator and play a pivotal role in our Technology & Projects team. You'll be at the forefront of delivering top-tier IT support, ensuring our systems are always running smoothly and our staff receives exceptional service. About the role:

Provide expert technical support across all IT infrastructure and systems. Manage and resolve service requests and incidents with efficiency. Conduct essential system monitoring, procurement, and reporting. Uphold and ensure compliance with IT security and organisational policies.

What you'll need to succeed:

Proven experience in a similar Service Desk support role. Strong troubleshooting skills, particularly in Windows environments. Proficiency in Microsoft platforms and ITSM principles. Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
