Located south of the river (SOR), they serve clients across Perth, specialising in innovative technology services. Known for their outstanding Service Desk team, they ensure efficient and effective IT support for all their clients.
Job Description What You Will Do: Act as the first point of contact, quickly identifying and resolving technical issues or escalating as needed.Provide Level 1/Level 2 desktop support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.Deliver exceptional customer service by diagnosing and resolving technical problems.Set up and image laptops with standardised configurations.Communicate effectively with customers to provide clear solutions.Drive on-site to support clients with hands-on technical assistance.Manage support tickets, ensuring timely resolution. The Successful Applicant Skills You Will Have: Excellent user service, teamwork, and communication skills.Certification or tertiary qualifications in computer systems, computer science, or IT.Strong troubleshooting abilities.Previous service desk experience is an advantage.Technical knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software.Problem-solving and analytical skills.Can-do attitude and willingness to learn new technologies.Current Australian Drivers' License. Desirable Skills/Interests:Interest in AI tools and automation.
