ERH services the Shire of Campaspe and the cross-border Murray River Council. Echuca-Moama and townships are located directly across the state border from one another, separated by the Murray River.

Applications are sought from suitably qualified Information Technology Professionals to expand their career working within the ICT Department at Echuca Regional Health.
Key responsibilities include:
The delivery of timely, effective and accurate helpdesk support for all ERH systems users
Deliver Windows and software application support and implement system upgrades as required
Ensure security of ERH data and ICT Systems
Analytical problem-solving skills
Actively participate in quality improvement activities and projects as required
Participation in the ICT on call roster
Qualifications/experience required:
Certificate IV Information Technology
1-2 years' experience providing Level 1 technical support
The ability to work automatously and as a member of the team; within a range of community and professional groups
