An amazing opportunity exists for a Service Desk Officer to join the IT team at the City of Kwinana. This is a full-time position reporting to the Manager Information Technology, and working alongside a superstar team. Your primary focus as a Service Desk Officer is ensuring a high level of customer service is provided to users of the City's Information Technology systems, delivering fast and effective front-line support for all IT systems.

What You'll Need
To make an impact as our new Service Desk Officer, you will have:
Industry experience in helpdesk support desirable.High level of competence in the use of computers, mobile phones and web technologies.Ability to provide the highest quality of customer service.Developed interpersonal and communication skills.Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.Developed organisational, time management and prioritising skills.Possession of, or working towards, a tertiary qualification in IT or industry certifications.What's In It For You?
