The Service Desk Officer, reporting to the Support Services Manager, will be the first point of contact for all IT-related support requests, responsible for triaging, diagnosing, and resolving issues.
Key responsibilities include handling a wide range of Service Desk activities within the IT Services Department, managing and owning incidents and service requests, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders by providing regular updates.
The role will also involve assisting with the documentation of solutions, as well as contributing to the development of policies, procedures, and other IT-related projects as needed.
