Therefore, you will need to hold a valid Australian driver's license.What We Can Offer YouFull time, permanent opportunityThe opportunity to be part of innovative practice and will have exposure to new systems and ongoing training.Collaborative team environmentSelf-paced eLearning with GO1Exclusive company benefitsAbout The RoleA key aspect of this role is to provide computer support and advisory services to staff via helpdesk and assist in providing a stable IT base for users and to enable users to make effective use of systems.Other Key Responsibilities IncludeProviding support to our growing business across a number of key areas including IT Infrastructure (on-prem and cloud), telephone, remote, and onsite technical support.Attending helpdesk during hours as agreed with Service Desk Team Leader and provide first point of contact for IT-related staff enquiries and escalate to senior IT as needed.Installing all hardware and software to provide clients with operational services in a timely manner.Undertaking computer and mobile devices maintenance including repairs, cleaning, updating, and answering of enquiries.Providing computer support to staff including assisting staff remotely, identifying problems/faults in systems and hardware to provide solutions in a responsive and client-focused manner.Maintaining accurate records such as Stewardship Registers, Hardware Order Tracking, Courier Deliveries Log etc. as required by Service Desk Team Leader.System administration including modifying, adding, and deleting users, as well as providing infrastructure support.We Would Love You To HavePrevious experience and skills in working in an IT Help desk environment providing direct support to users in a commercial environment.Demonstrated experience or knowledge across Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, Windows 10/11, LAN, WAN and server environments.Demonstrated experience or knowledge across IOS devices.Trained and/or experience in hardware devices, including printers and WI-FI configuration.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Able to work autonomously and be self-motivated.For more information about the role please contact Brady Broadhurst, Service Desk Team Leader via (m) .
