Responsibilities & Tasks Delight our clients with a friendly, quick and helpful experienceServe as the primary point of contact and first responder for callsProvide the client with advanced remote troubleshootingMake sure that client documentation is well maintainedReview RMM dashboard and apply remediation actionsReview regularly scheduled/automated actions60% remote 40% on-site around Adelaide Skills and Attributes Great Communications skills
Experience of maintaining operating systems, business applications, printing systems and network systems
Diagnosis skills of technical issues related of end-user hardware & software and network devices
A deep desire to deliver an amazing Client Experience
The ability to speak both Geek and human
The ability to keep up with & adapt to the fast-paced IT world
Proven experience in a similar role supporting Microsoft Windows environments.
Experience and knowledge of working with- Halo PSA, 3CX and Ubiquiti is a plus
