As a Service Desk and Application Support Specialist, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of IT support and application troubleshooting in a role that offers direct engagement with users and autonomy in resolving issues. You will support our Perth office, the East Coast of Australia, Darwin, and London, helping users in a hands-on capacity.

As this position is supporting the Perth office, you will be required to be in the office 5 days a week. 

You are: Passionate about IT support and eager to move beyond traditional phone-based roles into a more hands-on, engaging environment. Someone who enjoys owning your domain by taking responsibility for closing tickets and interacting directly with end users. Technically inclined with experience in IT support and a strong foundation in the Microsoft stack (Active Directory, Entra ID). Someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, values teamwork, and seeks an opportunity to learn and grow. Keen to be part of a supportive and innovative team culture where professional development is encouraged. And the practical experience:  Experience in a Service Desk or IT Support role, with a focus on providing technical support and solving problems. Understanding of application support, including resolving basic issues with systems like CRM, SharePoint, or HRIS. Experience with Active Directory and Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) for user account management. Hands-on experience with hardware management, including setup and troubleshooting of IT equipment (laptops, desktops, peripherals).
