Service Desk Analyst Department of Parliamentary Services We have a Service Desk Analyst opportunity for a 12 month fixed-term to assist in providing level 1 and 2 IT support to our clients.
PoV Grade 3, $74,580 - $82,571 About the role Are you looking for a role where you can provide service desk support to a diverse client group including Members of Parliament? In this role you will maintain high levels of ownership throughout an incident lifecycle to satisfactory resolution.
You will develop and maintain effective working relationships with users by demonstrating a detailed understanding of their support requirements with a primary focus on the provision of excellent customer service.
About you You will have a working knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, Outlook, desktop computers, printers and devices. You apply a methodical approach to problem solving whilst ensuring all stakeholders remain informed along the journey. Your tendency to go above and beyond to meet client expectations paired with your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal will enable you to thrive in this role.
We offer hybrid work arrangement, working in the office at least three days per week to capitalise on our collaborative working environment. Please note, for this role it may be required to work in the office more regularly, subject to completion of your probation period and operational requirements.
