Green Light Worldwide are partnered with and assisting our client, a local Australian integrated IT services capability that genuinely partnered with clients and industry to deliver a new IT service delivery experience. Our client has started a new engagement with a key new client, so they are seeking another Service Desk Analyst to join their existing team. As part of their service desk team, you will diagnose and resolve issues, ensuring efficient IT operations, high quality support, and implementing an innovative best practice client focused outcome.
Day-to-Day Tasks & Responsibilities Operate as part of an integrated service desk and desktop support team to ensure operational on-site coverage across extended business support hours.Act as a point of contact for Level 1, with rostered 24/7 support for ICT services via existing service desk interaction channels.Respond promptly to client requests, queries, incident lodgement.Perform initial fault diagnosis and triage, perform walk-throughs, how-to's and facilitate questions.Assist in the maintenance of support service desk tickets and support knowledge articles.Experience / Skills Required Experience in a Service Desk role, in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Experience in Federal Government environment will be highly valued.Proficiency in Windows operating systems and common productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).Understanding of simple networking concepts and troubleshooting actions.A high level of organisation, time management with the ability to adapt and respond promptly to changing and competing priorities at short notice.Strong problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to think laterally and propose solutions.Additional Information Must be an Australian Citizen to apply.Must hold a current/active AGSVA Security Clearance.This role operates 100% on client site which is in Canberra, therefore we are seeking candidates based in this location only.You will also need to have the flexibility to provide support coverage outside of normal business hours if required as this role will be part of an on-call roster.Please Contact Joe Pivac Senior Resource Manager Green Light Worldwide – Empowering our partners to prosper a: Level 6, 490 Northbourne Avenue, Dickson, ACT 2602 t: ******** m: ******** e: [email protected]
