To be successful in this role, some of the broad roles and responsibilities may include: Ability to communicate with empathy, efficiency and accuracy will be invaluable in this role. You will document all interactions and solutions accurately in our ticketing system and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely issue resolution. Identify issues and incidents relating to hardware, software and networks and resolve them promptly within SLA. Assist staff with account administration and password management. Escalate severe issues to Level 2 teams for further support and manage your open tickets with efficiency. We're interested in hearing from people who possess the following: Technical knowledge of operating systems, software applications, and hardware components. Familiarity with remote desktop tools and troubleshooting techniques. Basic technical/troubleshooting knowledge. Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment and quickly learn about new systems. Clear verbal & written communication, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear, user-friendly manner. Adept at multitasking and maintaining composure under pressure.
