Our client, an independent statutory authority and agency of the Australian Government responsible for the management of federal Australian elections, is seeking multiple Service Designers to join their team.
Duties/Skills:
Design and facilitate workshops and interviews that include a variety of internal and external stakeholders across all levels. Analyse and improve user experience, taking the viewpoint of the end user. Apply best practice service design methods and processes supporting future design of electoral services or improved customer experiences in existing service. Criteria:
5+ years experience as a UX Designer, Business Analyst, Service Designer or experience in Design/Strategy/Research. Demonstrated experience with Figma, Miro and Adobe CC. Thorough understanding of service design process & activities and significant experience in applying human-centred design thinking. How to apply:
