Service Designer (Multiple) Contract

Duties/skills: Design and facilitate workshops and interviews that include a variety of internal and external stakeholders across all levels; Analyse and improve user experience, taking the viewpoint of the end user; Apply best practice service design methods and processes supporting future design of electoral services or improved customer experiences in existing service; Criteria: 5+ years experience a sa UX Designer, Business Analyst, Service Designer or experience in Design/Strategy/Research; Demonstrated experience with Figma, Miro and Adobe CC; Thorough understanding of service design process & activities and significant experience in applying human-centred design thinking; Office locations: Canberra ACT, Sydney NSW, Brisbane QLD, Adelaide SA How to apply To be considered for this role (JOB ID: CW10092), please forward your resume to Coral by clicking the quick apply button.
