Service Designer

Service Designer - NSW Government Your new company You will be working for a NSW Government Department based in Parramatta. Your new role You will be supporting a Digital Transformation Program. This is a multi-year program of work that is in the scoping / defining stage. This is a great opportunity to work on a complex and exciting transformation from end to end. You will be responsible for defining and documenting vision, functional requirements, and risk analysis using solution management tools and processes for projects. You will work with multiple stakeholders during development of applications, verifying that solutions meet functional requirements and approves solutions for release. What you'll need to succeed This role requires 6–9 years of experience in a Service Designing role. The ideal candidate will have previously supported a Digital Transformation. What you'll get in return You will receive a 6-month contract with the view to extend and you will be paid market rates. You will work in a hybrid office environment.
