The Role Reporting to the Customer Account Manager and based in Townsville, the Service Deployment Officer will be responsible for liaising and providing service administrative support for technical staff, management team, and VAE external customers ensuring certainty in the delivery of works.
Some of the key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Provide administrative support to the business as requiredUndertake specific administrative tasks in liaison with Service ManagerManage technician schedule, site access bookingsCoordinate Pronto timesheets for service techs, tracking productive, non-productive, and project hours.Generation of Service Jobs (Reactive & PM), Purchase OrdersAssist with Deployment functions & overflow calls when requiredDevelop strong relationships with all levels of stakeholdersDesired Skills and ExperienceWhat makes you stand out Ideal candidate will demonstrate their similar administration experience, an understanding of the challenges of working in a dynamic and fast-growing business, and the following attributes:
