Some of the key responsibilities will include but not limited to: Provide administrative support to the business as required Undertake specific administrative tasks in liaison with Service Manager Manage technician schedule, site access bookings Coordinate Pronto timesheets for service techs, tracking productive, non-productive, and project hours.
Generation of Service Jobs (Reactive & PM), Purchase Orders Assist with Deployment functions & overflow calls when required Develop strong relationships with all levels of stakeholders What makes you stand out Ideal candidate will demonstrate their similar administration experience, an understanding of the challenges of working in a dynamic and fast-growing business, and the following attributes: Ability to collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team.
