We are currently recruiting for a 11-12 month secondment opportunity, for a Service Delivery Officer to join the team. This role is to be based in the Albury or Wagga Wagga depot. This role is responsible for administrative services within the Network Services Team.  We are unique We are a regional business that thinks on a global level. With a network that powers 95% of NSW and parts of Southern Queensland, we ensure homes, hospitals, schools, businesses, and services stay connected.   About the role    As a Service Delivery Officer, you will deliver administrative services within Network Services ensuring reliable and accurate information is available to facilitate the efficient operation of the Division in achieving its business goals. You will also encompass a broad range of administrative tasks to meet both regional and stakeholder requirements.   About You    You will have demonstrated experience in a similar operational or administrative role with the provision of administrative services and record management functions in a large organisation In your previous roles you worked to deadlines whilst maintaining and promoting confidentiality You are a people person with excellent communication skills and customer service techniques to relay, gather and request information. Willingness to travel between the Albury and Wagga Wagga depot when required, utilising an Essential Energy pool vehicle Required Qualifications | Skills   Certificate III in Business Administration or demonstrated capability through past employment experience and/or relevant qualifications Drivers licence  Proven communication and customer service skills and experience to liaise and interact with a diverse range of customers, stakeholders and sponsors in an energy distribution environment whilst maintaining confidentiality  Demonstrated ability to provide administrative support services and document recording functions with good attention to detail   Flexible, self-motivated and well organised and be able to handle a varying complex workload   Ability to work autonomously or in a team environment   Strong skills in computer operations and business systems relevant to the role including Microsoft Office products.  Benefits As an Essential Energy team member, you'll enjoy such benefits as;  Nine-day fortnight     Competitive remuneration   16% Superannuation      Generous parental leave – 26 weeks full pay or 52 weeks half pay  Apple and Dell Employee Purchase Programs    Fitness Passport    Corporate Health Plan    Employee Assistance Program (EAP)    We offer fantastic local and regional career opportunities limited only by your own drive and determination.  For information on our employee benefits (such as overtime and penalty rates, tools and relocation assistance) please visit?our Employee Benefits page.
