Service Delivery Manager

Start: circa 1 July 2024 Duration: 12 months – with 3 x 12 month extension options Location: Canberra, ACT Basic Requirements: AGSVA Security clearance Service Delivery Manager (SDM) with a strong ITIL and Agile background to support the maturation of a service delivery organisation Demonstrated experience in leading in an Agile environment and working with Agile support systems eg ServiceNow, Atlassian Qualification in Agile methodology Experience identifying and documenting IT service management requirements Experience designing and developing of policy, processes and procedures Experience assisting in the implementation and improvement of processes To receive the full information for this position, please "apply now" with your CV.
