They are responsible for reviewing, completing and authorising Service Level Reports summarising Compnow Service achievements.
Providing an escalation path to raise any issues of failed Service Delivery and requests for extraordinary service.
Managing the contractual responsibilities and obligations related to the day-to-day operational delivery of agreed services.Management, development and mentoring of all delivery staff.Leading the operational team leaders to manage strategic and operational risks effectively.Ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction through formal meetings and reporting.Coordinating relevant subject matter experts to provide advice to customer requirements.What you'll bring: Qualifications in IT or Business Management.Previous experience in a Service Delivery Manager or similar role.Experience managing service quality and SLAs.Solid experience leading and managing diverse operational support teams.Customer management and negotiation skills.Proven track record of managing customer escalations.What else do you need to apply? We want to learn more about you, therefore a relevant cover letter is required for your application to be considered.Start within a 4-week time frame, ideally.Travel on-site to our office in Banyo and client sites.Must be an Australian resident available to work full time without restrictions.Compnow will provide and require all successful applicants to complete a current National Police Check as well as a new or updated state-based Working With Children Check.
