Service Delivery Manager - Cloud and Datacenter HostingAs the Service Delivery Manager for Cloud and Data center Hosting services, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful delivery of our cloud and data center offerings to our clients.
You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including applications and services, digital operations, and technical experts, to ensure that our services are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with our high-quality standards.
Your exceptional leadership, problem-solving abilities, and technical knowledge in cloud and data center technologies will enable you to effectively manage service delivery processes and continuously optimize our service offerings.
Key Accountabilities: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of cloud and data Centre services to clients, ensuring that service level agreements (SLAs) and customer expectations are consistently met or exceeded.Collaborate with the project management team to plan, execute, and deliver cloud and datacentre projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project scope and budget.Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders and vendors, acting as the primary point of contact for service-related discussions, escalations, and resolution of issues.Liaise with Internal stakeholders to determine and validate customer requirements and define key drivers and values for engagement success.Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation, driving efficiency gains and cost-effectiveness in service delivery.Develop and maintain a robust service delivery framework, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance service efficiency and quality.Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and market trends in cloud and datacentre services, incorporating relevant advancements into our service offerings.Key Capabilities: In-depth knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and datacentre technologies.Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects.Excellent leadership and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to address challenges proactively and find innovative solutions.Understand the unique requirements and objectives of each client, tailoring service delivery strategies to address their specific needs.Prerequisites: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience (5+ years) in service delivery management in the cloud and datacentre domain.HOW TO APPLY:
