We are currently seeking applicants for the role of Service Delivery Manager within our Community Care division that is dedicated and committed to helping our clients live their best lives.About UsOzcare's home care services supports our clients to live independently and safely in their own homes for as long as they can.
Ozcare's team of carers, nurses, dementia advisors, allied health professionals and case managers work together to support our clients with a wide range of services delivered in their home or in the community, funded through various Commonwealth and State funded programmes.
Your RoleBased in our Community Care office and reporting directly to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the overall day to day management and delivery of administrative support and service delivery to clients in their own homes.
You will be responsible for coaching support to employees with the goal of fostering an organisation which promotes employee engagement, dynamic communication and service integration.Your main responsibilities include: Oversee the day-to-day management and delivery of servicesProvide coaching and support to employees and volunteersEnsure services are delivered holistically, focusing on clients' assessed needs and rightsMonitor and evaluate service provision through planned client and team feedbackSupport continuous quality improvement and innovation in client servicesAssist the Branch Manager in reviewing branch operations for ongoing viability How You'll BenefitYou'll become part of the Ozcare family, and in addition to the training and support that you would expect, you will also receive: 5 weeks annual leave as standardAnnual leave loadingOptional salary packaging, meal entertainment cards, and novated leasesPrivate health insurance discountsUniform and laundry allowance Role Requirements Demonstrated strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills to communicate and work effectively with a broad range of peopleAbility to develop staff, foster teamwork and effectively work as a team member whilst providing leadershipWell developed understanding of financial managementStrong understanding of the Community Care industry and the operational requirements of a Community Care BranchIntermediate to advanced computer skills to ensure ability to use Ozcare's management and Community Care systemsStrong understanding of workforce management including recruitment and schedulingProof of immunity, or willingness to become vaccinated against, Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR), Varicella (Chicken Pox) & Pertussis (Whooping Cough)Current Police Screening CertificateCurrent NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card) and Blue Card (Working with Children Check)Current Queensland driver's licenceTertiary Qualifications and/or relevant experience in a health-related field (e.g.
