Ozcare's team of carers, nurses, dementia advisors, allied health professionals and case managers work together to support our clients with a wide range of services delivered in their home or in the community, funded through various Commonwealth and State funded programmes.
Your RoleBased in our Community Care office and reporting directly to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the overall day to day management and delivery of administrative support and service delivery to clients in their own homes.
