To enable this progress, we have a key role available for a Service Delivery Lead to work within our Digital team where you will play a pivotal role in advancing our IT service management capabilities. In this role, you'll ensure our processes and tools are optimised to support business success. You'll oversee the smooth operation of the Senex Helpdesk, act as the primary contact for multiple third-party service providers, and ensure seamless collaboration and integration across our service ecosystem.Other accountabilities include:Leading the improvement, enablement, and broad adoption of IT Service Management processes across the Digital function.Communicating changes and improvements within the Senex Digital landscape to the business.Establishing a Service Catalogue for the services provided by Senex Digital to the Senex business.Managing and reporting on the Service Level Agreements (SLA) between our third-party service providers and Senex.Assisting the corporate functions with streamlining and automating support processes, to reduce manual overhead and improve efficiency.About YouAside from being a great human, you are someone who can demonstrate your experience working in a demanding environment with proven capacity to prioritise, multi-task, achieve goals, perform, and always work with a customer-focused approach. You enjoy working within a small dynamic multi-disciplinary Digital/IT team and engaging with business and technical stakeholders to support the end-user experience with corporate and enterprise systems while being able to identify improvement opportunities. Of course, communication, influencing, and collaboration skills are a must. We need someone who can work with people from all walks of life and make sure everyone is on the same page.
